From corporate finance to the owner’s corner
Early in my career I had the opportunity to work in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. What I realized very quickly was that I was most drawn to working directly with business owners.
In larger corporate settings, finance can feel removed from the people behind the business. But entrepreneurs live the financial reality of their businesses every day: the pressure of payroll, cash flow, taxes, growth decisions, employees, contracts, and uncertainty, often all at the same time.
I saw incredibly smart business owners generating revenue and growing successful companies while still feeling financially overwhelmed behind the scenes. The numbers looked good on paper. The business still felt stressful.
That experience shaped the foundation of The JBee Method™. I wanted to build a firm that goes beyond traditional accounting: one that helps business owners actually understand what their numbers are saying, improve cash flow, strengthen profitability, and make decisions with more clarity and confidence.
Because financials should do more than satisfy compliance requirements. They should help owners lead better businesses, and better lives.
Meet the Team
Tiffany Green Reid
Tiffany Green Reid brings over 20 years of extensive accounting and tax expertise. She holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State University and an MBA in Accounting from AIU. Tiffany began her career as a technical analyst for a major accounting software company and later worked as an assistant controller, where she gained in-depth knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, audit assistance, and cost accounting.
Tiffany is a Certified Tax Preparer and QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She is a dedicated member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
In addition to her professional achievements, Tiffany is the founder of Financial Youth Alliance Inc., a nonprofit that teaches financial literacy to middle and high school students. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and skating.
Lamar Adam Cox
Adam Cox, our esteemed in-house Enrolled Agent, originates from McDonough, GA. With a BBA in Accounting, he is a dedicated member of both the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA). Leveraging his extensive experience, Adam excels in preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses, including C-corporations, S-corporations, and partnerships.
Adam’s passion for finance and tax planning is evident in his ability to simplify complex concepts, ensuring his clients fully understand the tax preparation process. He diligently completes over 30 hours of continuing education classes each year to remain at the forefront of his field.
Outside of his professional life, Adam values quality time with his loved ones. He enjoys the company of family, friends, and his delightful six-year-old son, Levi.
Areeba Hoverter
Areeba Hoverter serves as our Customer Success Representative, bringing a diverse background and a wealth of experience to the team. Born in Pakistan and raised in the United States, Areeba has cultivated a unique perspective and a strong work ethic.
Areeba’s professional journey includes experience in bookkeeping, tax filing, and restaurant management. Her hands-on expertise in these areas ensures she can provide exceptional support and service to our clients.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Areeba is involved in her community. She enjoys coaching her children’s sports teams, which reflects her passion for teamwork and leadership. Additionally, she manages her own catering business, Ami’s Kitchen, where she combines her love for cooking with her entrepreneurial spirit.
